A common question we get asked is: will the plastic water-filled barriers protect as well as a concrete barrier?
For many, this may seem obvious because concrete outweighs water by a significant amount. However, concrete K-Rail (Traffic Barriers) are simply not feasible due to equipment or spacial limitations, when water-filled barricades are easy to move around while empty.
